Don't let the downvote fascists who have invaded this sub fool you. Keynsian central planning is socialism.

It was a rhetorical question, if you haven't noticed, used to encourage you to check it.
Capitalism is an economic system based on private ownership
of the means of production.
Socialism is an economic system based on social ownership of
the means of production.
Fascism is a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such
as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual
and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial
leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of
opposition.
People like you love changing definitions and turning words
like “socialist” and “fascist” into insults with blurred, broad meaning so they
don’t have to fight their oppontents fairly.
