End of my rope

What really fixed my pelvic tilts was fixing my diet to Carnivore to reduce internal inflammation and strengthen me as I literally felt like a house of cards. But mechanically- lying/sleeping face down with 2 king size pillows arranged in a T, one under head and one long under my torso connected to the other pillow which extends to the front pelvic bones/start of legs. This feels very nice, takes weight off the pain. I was able to sleep this way few hours some nights otherwise impossible.

After weeks of face down sleep in this position (plus a lot of muscle relaxers and pain relievers) only after it started to momentarily relax the pain- I started to do small side to side rocking and leg outstretched in the position to further loosen. One night, after doing these small exercises I lifted my pain side calf and rested the foot on another small pillow. This snapped my pelvis in a deep way the noise was frightful, initiated rush of blood circulation, heating my body to sleep immediately. 2-3nights of repeating the event plus the rolled towel under back of pelvis with knee bent again deeply snapped and realigned to cure the problem after 2yrs.

It’s been months but I’m still deathly frightened of sleeping in a twisted position or doing any wrong moves.
