Dog, I hope you get better sincerely, if this isn’t sarcasm then I would assume it’s linked to some form or anxiety or anxiety disorder, because one video online? I went to the er three day in a row because I thought I had appendix but it was constipation…..but me reading the symptoms over and over led me 100% I was dead….. this could be similar that you saw smthing online and then over think about, and worry that everythung will make you sick.

I belive that if you found a way to help the anxiety (suport from friends and family, and the therapist you said) and then research about your suspicions with a friend or family memeber that can resin with you and convince you that it is most likely anxiety. I would also bring this up with ur therapist as they will 1000% be better help than Reddit.
