Wow. They probably get harassed by older men all the time and you're just adding on to it, even though it would be entirely more natural for you to sympathize with them. That is one of the worst things I've ever heard on this sub.

The best thing you can do is delete TikTok. And please for the love of God start paying more attention to what your therapist says. Therapy isn't a one-way street. It's a dialogue, an exchange. Also if your therapist is engaging in your disordered behavior of asking her if you're prettier than girls you find online, that is super irresponsible. You might want to consider a new therapist if that's an option.

I don't know you so I can't give any more advice than that in good conscience but yeah stop bullying people because you hate beautiful women. That's incel behavior.
