Subaru gets tortured and has to watch emilia, rem and ram, and the little kids he saved last arc get hacked to pieces in front of him ;) he gets majorly tortured himself too

None of that will happen in either chapter 32 of the WN (the ending to episode 14) nor to the ending of chapter 38 of the WN (the ending of episode 15).

Chapter 32 and 38 of the WN goes the same with the LN.

Chapter 32 spoiler: Subaru finding Petra's dead body and the village was massacred while going to the mansion. Then he lay down Petra's corpse and proceed to the mansion. Then he asked "Rem? What happened to Rem?" and rushed quickly to the mansion. "Rem! Rem! Rem! Rem!" and then he saw Rem's dead body in the garden.

Chapter 38 + 39 WN spoiler: After the bloodied injured Rem found Subaru, she began to attack all the witch cults in the cave. Only to have Betelgeuse use his Authority of Sloth [Invisible Hands] to rip Rem apart in front of Subaru, who became speechless in shock. Betelgeuse proceed to take Subaru's hair and force him to see Rem's dead body. Subaru then curses to Betelgeuse and swears to kill him for killing Rem. Betelgeuse then left him for dead. Then the remaining of Rem's body crawled up to Subaru's hands and told him to live and that she loved him.

If by being ripped apart in an instance by a psycho in front of Subaru is a torture, then sure it's a torture. But there is no Beako or Emilia active in these chapters. Nor the children in the village was being massacred in front of Subaru in both the LN and WN.

This scene is personally one of my saddest scene in the LN, so I know when I see a hearsay.
