There's nothing becoming illegal about it, if you think these are law abiding citizens you are mistaken and probably don't live here, they have been breaking the law for many days now. If you walk anywhere near the protest you need to take your mask off or they will spit at you and potentially throw things at you or even attack you, since when is that legal? Members of the lgbtq+ community who live downtown are either hiding in fear or have evacuated their homes because they are being attacked and harassed even at their homes, since when is that legal. The only thing that has made this protest seem legal or even non violent is our useless police force and their lack of ability to do anything. Even before this protest a homeless man could walk around down town at midnight waving a knife at anyone he sees and the police would take an hour to repond and then let him go around again the next night, that isnt a made up story. Our cops are useless. Our city is fucked.
