Hi there, let me tell you what I am looking for: someone that can show up for the organised nights (usually 3 nights per week for practise plus tournament days), someone that is not negative when the team is losing and can give constructive feedback after the games and is vocal during the games with good communication, and someone that is willing to put the work into a stable team. I am sure you can understand that a team takes time to gel, get to know each others playstyle, etc. before it can become good and competitive.

Last but not least, must be 20+ of age.
