Absolutely.. 110%! They apply exactly the same way to me.

I can totally see where your coming from and I regret having to do it, but find it a necessity now to be a bit more head on. Quite frankly, not to waste any more time than necessary sitting on Discord, browsing through invites on Steam, localize other players myself, or try out with people.

In regards to impatience, I'd like to state that it is my impatience in the search itself - and not in regards to team development. I feel comfortable in saying, that my patience in team development has outlasted enough cases now for me to feel safe stating the requirements above. Actually, I often experience people leaving after three games with a lame excuse, never to be heard of again. I've tried this both with players clearly below and clearly above my skill level. Sometimes people 5-10% better than me would just not call ANYTHING on Discord. Even when being told that it was lacking. After a few weeks of trying to fix this. You should go your separate ways.

This might be the wrong approach. Who knows. We'll see...

... but insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. So now I'm changing my approach to finding teammates :)
