hey i just did my first bulk. def over bulked by eating too much. prob should’ve eaten like 2500 cal but ate 3000 a day. currently the heaviest i’ve ever been.

so i always did bro splits not really doing a routine for like a year. then i moved to a cruise ship last summer and beat the shit out of my body with alcohol and cigarettes and didn’t work out for 3 months. got back in oct and have been doing PHUL and eating as much as i could.

Bench: 175 4x5 Squat: 225 4x5 Deadlift: 255 4x5 OHP: 80 4x5

i have just started cutting at 1600 cal/day. i am going on vaca mid july. what do u think guys? will i be beach ready in 4.5 months of cutting?
