Europe specifically northern Europe is going to be feeling the influx of refugees for years to come. The burden put on a society already forced to pay more than their fair share to accommodate said influx will be strained to its breaking point. In order for a plan like bringing people into a system to counter the leaving work force won't magically happen by bringing people into your country. Said people need to be trained and accustomed to the culture and society they're moving to. The lefts attempt at socialism for all and cheap labor to attempt to finance it was always going to be a failure. You cant support a billionaire on a millionaires salary and you certainly cant support family's that made 200-300 thousand a year on family's making at most 100 thousand a year. Either you end up taxing the shyte out of the new comers or the old guard must continue working which in turn increases health care costs as your older workers have a higher disposition towards injury.
