so i have to commute 4 hours a day to and from college so the weekends are the only time i get a break to chill with friends or enjoy myself, i have this one person who always wants to make plans but last minute doesn't confirm like they said "oh lets hang sunday" then proceeds with "i have to ask my mom" n then i say okay let me know the night before and they don't message me until 10 am the day before and then at 11am they say i can go but i can be there at 4, and when its 4 o clock they don't even bother sending me a follow up saying oh im on my way or oh i can't make it, they just don't say anything and end up not showing up, then messages me the next day like 24 hours later saying sorry couldn't go and i have a really busy schedule so i just say its fine and move on with my life, because this person has a history of this and i discussed it with them before and they said they would do something to stop wasting my time but still continue, later on after i say im fine they get mad and don't talk to me because I got upset that they wasted my time, for like the 3rd time this month
