How can someone even suggest you could have a better life in Russia than Scandinavian countries.... You need to adjust for population, how dense have you to be to even think Indians or Russians have higher disposable income than Norvegians? Norway has 5M inhabitants while Russia 144M. Adjust for population size and you get the real datas.
I understand your confusion with living standards though, you are from the United States... People losing everything to pay student loans or hospital bills, being costantly preoccupied your kids could be shot at school, the rampant racism... Those are things you DON'T want in your country. I know free education, universal healthcare or a safe environment are concepts alien to you....but you can get there! Now you can get back to your fried chicken!
