EVGA wants me to pay for my Step-Up but I don't find the paying button

Yes, I did, on the 17th of May.

The problem is, I received aldo that mail:

"Your StepUp was declined. Reason: Canceled for over 7 days no reaction.

Please contact our customer service if you have any questions or concerns: http://eu.evga.com/support/ or call 49.89.189.049 11"

Also that:

"Dear EVGA Customer,

Thank you for your Recent message,

And happy to inform that, Step-up manager has agreed to re-activate your Step-up to pay the difference amount.

Hence we request you to make the Payment soon as possible towards the step-up.

Please do not hesitate to contact if you have any further Question.

EVGA Support Team"

And I still can not pay.
