Anyone looking for a 2 bedroom house

That is just not true. I am not a landlord nor a realtor, but I can share my experience. I purchased my previous house in Utrecht around 2019. It was a 2 bedroom house and it cost 425.000 EUR. The monthly mortgage fee came down to EUR 1550. This did not include any other taxes on it beside the mortgage, and with the interest rate at the time being smth like 1.7%. Now, everyone with any common sense knows you need to charge more in rent than the mortgage fee to even break even, since the house deteriorates, expenses always come up & the landlord is in charge of them. If I would have rented the place it would not have been under EUR 1700 excl. just to make sure I was breaking even.
