Yeah, I'm still on good terms with most of my exes. That doesn't mean we're best friends talking every single day, but it also doesn't mean we never talk at all, or that we can't do things for each other. I was in a relationship with someone for three years, two of which were spent living together, and in the end we realized we were at different points in our lives and wanted different things from where we had started, and it just wasn't the right fit anymore. She still helped watch my dog when I went out of town, and I still went to her mom's funeral. She wound up getting engaged to the next guy she dated after me as well and I was legitimately happy for her. Just because something didn't work out it doesn't mean we have to hate each other, and just because we don't hate each other it doesn't have to mean anything untoward.
