BTS brought in a lot of fans, internationally. So there is a higher chance of more international fans watching. The more fans they get, the higher the chance of having tours. Tours are money makers and where most artist if not all get their income from. Even though bts is not doing a comeback, all these comebacks will help prep those artist for December. Cause being able to be recognized is key to being successful.

Also this year is different because of bts and the publicity they gotten global. Look what happen during kcon and Hollywood Bowl Korean Music Festival in LA. Buzzfeed and other main stream people had them on their show.

Just think of this like the USA super bowl. BTS is the main act, companies are going to throw tons of money to make a commercial and a spots to air the commercials. Having other artist there before bts performance is like the opening act. If they interest you, then there is a high chance of you looking into the artists and becoming a fan.

Overall, this is a perfect business strategy to gain more recognition internationally for Korea because bts got international business looking at Korea.
