First time building, looking for a mid-level PC for gaming/streaming to Twitch

this is the current build I've put together...I know I need to make sacrifices, I'm just not sure where...am I wasting any resources? In the end, I suppose I could go without an optical drive...but I'm not sure where else to cut.
