I believe the message was given here was how brutal and destructive wars are. The caricaturist is equating wars with earthquakes, by pointing out the lives it costs. A total ruination. But it might be perceived as if he is calling for invasions from other cultures’ perspective. It’s misunderstood by many Europeans too except French.

I don’t see malicious intentions here, but as art is open to different interpretations there will be always some people considering this threathful.

Başka kültürlerden insanlar bunu bir tehdit olarak algılayabilir. Fransızlar dışında diğer bazı Avrupalılar da yanlış anladı bu karikatürü.

Ben art niyet görmüyorum ama tabii sanat bu, farklı yorumlayanlar her daim olacak.
