It's been planned for 1034/1035. What they adjusted now was lighting so that it affects bots detection now. There was some confusion because there are two Trello cards for this patch for AI.

Integrate new AI middleware - This would be the beginning of integrating kythera.

Updated Detection System(Sight) - Refine A.I. sight detection so that it better accounts for ambient light (e.g. worse detection at night), distance, movement, concealment/camouflage and suspicious signatures (flashlights, visible lasers). This is the main change for this patch.

The real AI update comes from the card Updated A.I. Behavior I believe.
