I'm the other way around, I care only about the art/porn and I don't care about anything else. Except maybe the more serious looking anthropomorphic characters in games/movies, such as Charr and Skaven, because humans and elves are boring in fantasy.

I do not view it as an innately sexual thing, and I'm living proof of that. If it were innately sexual, furries wouldn't have OCs, cosplay, or have it as a general hobby, and would be like me instead. I know that people joke about /r/yiff having more subscribers than /r/furry, but people who think that "it's about the porn" because of that are blatantly missing the point and did not give it a thought. Matter of fact is, there's a lot of people who enjoy furry porn, but have no interaction with the furry fandom whatsoever. That's why /r/yiff has more subs. That of course doesn't mean they do not intersect, it just shows that many aspects of the furry fandom are not sexual, and funnily enough, the aspects that aren't sexual is why furries get bashed on the internet: furry avatars, OCs, fursuits, furry conventions, etc.
