Georgia Senate Passes Bill Ending Gun License Requirement

There's lots of people that want to get a gun for "defense" but really they want to carry it around and look tough. This stops many of those people from doing that because they would need to do paperwork and pay for that privilege AND go through the background check. Now they don't. They can walk into a store, get a gun and walk out with it on their hip. No background check, no nothing.

If you are pretending like this wasn't a barrier to entry then you are just full of it and disingenuous. And I also don't believe your original comment that you actually want more restrictions. Someone who wants more restrictions would not twist logic to rationalize getting rid of this restriction. You are clearly disingenuous.
