The German Shepherd Story

Not to be all sappy but this entire post had me welling with emotion. The job of a father is so important and undervalued today. And having had a great father who taught me how to be loyal, honest, hard working, perseverant and self sufficient has made all the difference in my life. Had it been up to my mother alone I’d be a 300 lb mess with no valuable skills or morals whatsoever. And I’m finally at the point where I like myself and the life I’m working towards. And I owe that to my dad. I lost him a year and a half ago and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through. I miss him every day. But to see a man who is the type of person I would look up to, who loves his kids and understands the importance of loving them and teaching them well made my day. Bravo sir. Your teachings above and attitude in general are sorely missed in society as a whole today. And are the embodiment of what this sub is all about. Thank you.
