No, you guys aren't understanding. They aren't battling for each part. Only apply for one positions you can ONLY choose one position you want, and then you are cast aside if you do not win it. Ex: top 2 vocalists battle for the main vocal position. The 2nd best vocalist loses, but will get the lowest lines role automatically. It NEVER meant only one as in you can't have multiple roles... lmao, I'm kinda shocked you and all those upvotes could misunderstand so badly, that could never have been the case. What Dayeon wanted was a situation where members could say "I'm interested in doing part x, y, OR z" not AND. It would be way more fair to do it that way!
