GodhoodWB | Game 5 | Turn 51

The Bite radiated with something like indignation when the Sorcerer set the staff on the ground and righted itself to a standing position, nearly as if it wanted to be audience of the sparring match. It seemed uncertain if the Artifact possessed a mind of it's own or not.

The Bite could essentially turn into a Partisan, but using it in a sparring match was out of the question. Agonizing the young goddess by being hit with it, was foolish at best and disastrous at worst.

After a moment of deliberation a Partisan of sandstone lay in the Sorcerer's hands. He took some test swings with the weapon and adjusted the balance. He nodded his ascent to the rules Bahuroth had set. The tip and the counterweight seemed to draw a trail of darkness behind them on the swings the Sorcerer took.

The floating Partisans the Sorcerer had conjured set themselves on the ground like a ring of spears around the gods. The Sorcerer took a defensive stance and awaited Bahuroth's move.

He sidestepped the lunge caught the weapon with his own and redirected it to his side before using the rotating defensive movement to bring down the counterweight of his weapon towards Bahuroth's body.
