Here is the process:

1) I gather all required documents from applicant - which I have done. 2) I have to order your Tax Transcript from the IRS (which I've done) to verify that the Revenue you provided match what you filed. This process takes a little over 2 weeks depending how busy the IRS are. 3) Once I have the IRS Transcript, I finalized my review of your file and I recommend Reactivation. I will send you an email to let you know that your file has been recommended for reactivation. I then forward your file to the Reconsideration Team with my recommendation to reactivate your file for reconsideration. At this point, I will no longer have your file. 4) In the Reconsideration Team, you will be assigned to a loan officer who review all my notes and documents. I don't know how long this will take, depends on their work load. 5) When you are assigned to a loan officer; that loan officer will either approve or decline your loan request. If you are approved, you will receive an email with your loan documents to review and sign. You then email back those signed documents to SBA. If you are declined - an email will be sent. 6) The next stage is Funding - loan funds will be deposited to your account.
