Information on manuscript preparation, including publication costs, is available on the Author Guidelines page. We have checked and there is no indication of any required submission or publication fees, aside from color charges, about which you can read more at the above link.

For your reference, the journal offers OnlineOpen which is an option for authors who wish to make their article available to non-subscribers on publication, or whose funding agency requires grantees to archive the final version of their article. With this option, the author can pay a fee to ensure that the article is made free to everyone upon publication via Wiley Online Library, as well as delivered to the funding agency's preferred archive when applicable. The cost for OnlineOpen is US$3,600, which can be paid by the author, the author's funding agency, or the author's institution. For more information please visit OnlineOpen.
