I've not been able to install anything from the windows Store, it always downloads to the end and fails. Also dragon center doesn't get installed at all, I had the old version which got installed, but I tried updating to the latest one and it's broken. I don't have the old installer so can't roll back either. I use it mainly for the battery calibration.
