If you can afford a computer and a isp you are not poor. I been poor. Internet is a not requirement to live nor is media.

But let me share the other side of things

I have currently 120 gigs of a show. It doesn’t stream. No dvds. I have four or five sources so I probably can put together the best looking upload of this show far better than low quality version that’s been passed around. It need some editing cuz I line stuff to be nice. I also have a lost episode that’s been restored. I have promos cast interviews crossovers guest appearances and a cast reunion if this show. I have podcasts and an audio book by the Star of the show. I have news reports I have articles written I have promo art.

I probably have the best collection of this one show. After it’s upscaled I will have this pretty nice collection.

I don’t have to share it. I don’t have to put it on a private or public tracker. I know if I do other people will take credit for it. I don’t have to.

I will tho private and public drive links whatever I think the fans of this would love it. And I don’t care about credit comments or thank you.

But this project right now is at over a year of my life to just start it. I’m going to need a better computer. I’m going to have to learn topaz. I’m going to build my own special feature I’m going to try to restore the promos.

I’m looking at probably another year to finish it.

My point is the reason why shit ends up hidden away on some private tracker and original uploaders won’t reseed something is people just get tired of it

I try to keep a stoic attitude toward stuff. I like finding stuff restoring it. Collecting it then passing it on.

I started off trading tapes in the mail tho. Old time collectors were generous. Oh kid just send me some stamps and some blanks I will mail it to you.

I’m happy to share stuff but I also understand why some just get tired of the I’m just here to take mentality.
