What makes a good LOL coach ? Thoughts and examples needed

A good League of Legends coach is someone who is able to effectively communicate strategies and techniques to their players, and who is able to help them improve their gameplay. They should also be able to help players develop good mentalities and attitudes towards the game, and be able to help them deal with the mental stress that comes with competing at a high level.

Some examples of good League of Legends coaches include:

Chris "PapaSmithy" Smith, who has coached teams such as Cloud9 and 100 Thieves in the LCS.

Han "H-Dragon" Sang-yong, who has coached teams such as SK Telecom T1 and DAMWON Gaming in the LCK.

Dylan Falco, who has coached teams such as Fnatic and Rogue in the LEC.

Nick "LS" De Cesare, who is currently a coach for Team Liquid in the LCS.

All of these coaches have a proven track record of success with their teams and a reputation for being able to effectively communicate and help their players improve.
