Memphis Police Department releases videos showing ex-officers kick, punch and tase Tyre Nichols after a traffic stop. He was hospitalized and died 3 days later.

No one wants to hear this but this is the kind of advice that can save your life.

"Graveyards are full of people who had the right of way" (driving vehicles"

"> Dumb and violent cops are out there so don't talk to any of them.

This irritates me. when it comes to cops, the advice here is "dont cooperate" but then when it comes to traffic, the advice is to yield even when the other is wrong.

The real advice should be

'Dumb and violent cops are out there so no matter how big a piece of shit they are, be as friendly, calm, and cooperative as possible . Violent cops are not logical. They want to cause you harm if they dislike you, plain and simple. Your ONLY solution is to make them not dislike you. So as shitty as it is, grit your teeth and pretend theyre your favorite person in the world because theres a chance they will literally kill you at the slightest precedence of disrespect.

Theyre a fucking gang. They only care about the law because if you break it they see that as disrespectful towards them.

Personal anecdote but Ive had many run ins with police based entirely on their presumption of who I am based off how I look. yea im sure i could sue or some shit. I'd rather stroke their ego to survive another day though.

Stop telling people to not comply, it doesnt work as well as youtube lawyers on camera make it look.

"speak softly and carry a big stick". If you want to fight the police, do it with group protests, dont try it when its you versus 6 cops twice your size.

to make it clear though, yes it should be obvious that I abhor these officers and they deserve full punishment.
