Sorry the blog but this hits too close to home.

A good friend of mine has intestinal failure and his doctors currently wont give him IV fluids (their vision being that the risks outweigh benefit) and is having to fight them to convince that living months on the brink of medical dehydration sucks.

He's a young, fierce person who lives Independently, has a career, curiousity and empathy about the world and lot of interests, despite an life-limiting illness thats eaten lot of his time and intestines since childhood. And who hasnt tried to make the pandemia about him. (And shit, I want him to survive this and would gladly give him some of my own white blood cells if I could. )

Fuck this woman, and fuck the medical system that birthed and enabled her. DRINK SOME GODDAMN SALT WATER and quit whining. I hope your parents kick you out for being an ungrateful bitch. May the fibers of the fruits you eat always get between your teeth and may the wrath of gods strike into inexistence all TP from your bathroom whenever you take a shit.
