I am not an expert myself, but some advice: Your RX 5600XT are spending too much electricity, because your core clock is too high. Usually you want to go for the high memory clock and low core clock. Try something like Core 1350 Memory 1840 Voltage 725 You will get pretty much the same hashrate but you whould spend something like 95w instead of 130w. And you can set fan speed to 45%-50% for constant 50-55C.

Which memory do your RX 580 use (Elpida, Samsung, etc) cuz I have a mining Rig from RX 580 4GB, and depending on the type of memory, they do 10-14mh/s. Mining ETH is curently more profitable, but if you believe in the RVN, and think it will hit higher, then it is worth mining RVN.
