HMF while I slide into the weekend

I remember years ago when taking nutrition learning about fat storage. Your body tends to store certain types of fat in different parts of your body. I can't remember what exactly gets stored where, but I do remember that if you were gaining weight from healthy foods, your body will tend to store fat in the lower half of your body making you pear shaped. While if you gain weight from unhealthy foods, it will tend to store fat in your upper body and make you more apple shaped which is considered far less healthy. Heanve the over simplified goal of looking pear shaped rather than apple shaped if you were to be overweight. I wish I could remember more details, but I'm sure they exist somewhere on the internet.
