it’s about being able to strongly repopulate your country and or culture so that when war recovery happens, said country or culture rises to be the most powerful and or prominent group of people. Nothing is ever done with the consideration of “now” it’s all for consideration of the future.

You don't need the women of that country to repopulate your country bud, even if the men bring other women from other countries, it will have the exact same effect if women bought men from other countries, hell, i think the first event is even better because men are who forge a country and women usually follow.
