Are you familiar with Bessel? He happens to be one of, if not the, leading experts on the propagation of trauma. I'm not the one making the claim it all collapses back on one diagnosis, he is. I highly suggest watching one of the videos on youtube where he gives a talk on his latest book if you are actually interested.
