Hormonal acne sucks

I just answered another comment about this the other day so I hope it doesn't sound too preachy, haha.

I struggled with hormonal acne my entire 20s and what made the difference was to supplement in both Zinc and Vitex Agnus Castus, a plant that naturally regulates female hormones. I take it in cures of 3-4 weeks, oftentimes doubling the dosage of one tablet in the first week or so. The first time I used it, I took it until my skin was clear. It's not an instant fix and might not work for everyone, but for me it was The Solution after years of topical treatments that were just correcting the effect and not the cause. To treat from within.

Also check if there is something in your diet that might affect your hormonal balance, especially if you eat animal products, as livestock can get hormonally treated. It's worth a try
