Help! Just turned 30 but my skin has aged 10 years.

nice bone structure!

I felt the same when I hit my 30s and my skin was super dehydrated and had dry lines on my forehead. I would also develop some kind of mild rosacea (undiagnosed) randomly.

What I feel really helped and this was only last year was putting collagen (type 1 &3) in my tea. My gums improved too. But before that I also changed my diet, around 3 years ago. I started drinking green smoothies and generally upping the greens that I would eat. I used to eat zero vegetables before. They say to eat your water afterall. More veggies helps, but not as noticeable as when I combined it with drinking collagen.

And also avoiding yeast :( which means no bread or pizza. But it helped the redness I would get on my cheeks/nose area.

My routine is simple, avene gentle cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen when I go outside.
