Does anyone else feel like they’ve aged significantly during quarantine?

I don't want to make you feel bad but maybe share what I'm doing. I'm experience exactly the opposite, my friends and family are starting to say how am I the same or better than when I was as a teenager (I'm 32 now) and some are mimicking my things.

I believe good skin comes from the inside. Skincare isn't enough, I need to have great diet and exercise. All the boring stuff everybody knows. I believe in the power of green tea and colorful foods.

Also mental health is big aspect to look and feel young. I'm doing yoga and meditation almost every day. It's a process, I'm not perfect but its good to see the my efforts from the last 7 years are paying off. The difference between me and my friends are very clear, I'm so happy they are starting to take care of themselves.
