My skin has been otherwise clear on a good routine of just cleanse, moisturize and lactic acid peel or glycolic acid peel only twice a week. I wear spf in the mornings and double cleanse. Not sure what to do for this area. I have effaclear duo. Should I rinse add this then add moisturizer and spf? Or maybe a pimple patch? I have combination acne prone skin. Up until recently my skin has been pretty clear, just seems so pop up before my period. Routine:

AM: Hyaluronic acid serum Moisturizer (biossance, gel or omega repair) Spf

Evening: Double cleanse Copper peptide serum OR Hyaluronic acid serum OR exfoliating 2x a week (either gylcolic acid or lactic acid) Moisturizer Sometimes add a facial oil
