The House of Representatives doesn't exist to lib left

I don't know why your being downvoted, it's a fact that the UK doesn't have proportional representation for it's UK wide governing bodies, the House of Commons and House of Lords. The House of Lords aren't elected and the House of Commons uses a first past the post voting system. They also doesn't vote for parties in the house of commons, each consituency votes for an MP and the MP's must then form a government between them. Though in practice the public votes, and governments form, based on party affiliation it isnt how the voting system itself works.

The devolved governing bodies of the UK; the Northern Ireland Assembly, Scottish Parliment and National Assembly for Wales do use various types of proportional representation and party voting.
