How much money do you make?

I have been a freelance designer for about 25 years. I’m kind of a consultant but some clients like having me on payroll instead of contracts so I’m pretty lucky and am currently overemployed. Pay for Q1 has been as follows:

156k but 15% of that is paid in a yearly bonus. An additional 40k in stocks is usually granted each year. - lead UX at an enterprise tech co for J1 which is FTE

$185k as a UX manager for job 2 which is FTE. No bonus and stocks arent tradable.

$150/hr as only designer freelancing at a startup for job 3.

$175/hr as a freelancer hired to augment a relatively large tech company, pre IPO.

I work around 35 hours a week, with around 15ish of those billed as freelance.
