I have about 10 friends working for dada. Everyone started at 120 except me :(. After 6 months I got a 10rmb raise but I signed for 12 months. The second renewal they werent prepared to give me any raise. I basically said I wanted 140 or I wasnt continuing. There were about 4-5 back and forth emails where they kept increasing it by a couple of Rmb. My salary was basically the same in my currency because of the rmb losing so much value. I said this to them and they finally agreed.

When I got the new offer the exchange rate they used to calculate my base pay was way off what it actually was but in my favour, so it was a no brainer to accept it really. RS bonus + base + on time bonus is 167 rmb an hour on todays rate. I will have to wait for my paycheck to see if it was a good move though.
