how she’s trying to act like an angel saying small businesses can’t handle high demand when she recommends products from them. when in reality she just wants to make money doing undisclosed ads for big brands and meet famous people

She's either that stupid or, nope -- she's that stupid! MOST Indie Companies are Private Label. Their makeup is made by companies, lots of them in China, who just sit there and pre make makeup. Then these "Indie Brands" come in, buy what they want, get the company or they slap their labels on the makeup, and boom -- you own your own makeup company. Truth is, when you do this, it takes forever to replenish most times and there are even times when the item may no longer be available. Indie Brands don't normally carry a ton of stock on any one item. So to "sell out" an Indie Brand is actually rather easy. It's not a flex, it's actually not hard to do. She just liked doing it as a flex because it companies think she was worth more than she actually is with her reviews. So, once they sell out, it takes months to get inventory back in and that's where the issue arises. Either people have forgotten and moved on from the product, or worst case some companies may have not sent what they said they would like she stated. Either way, there are some great REAL Indie Brands out there but I have seen her use Private Label Brands like crazy in the past and that is makeup that the brand itself didn't even make. So this whole thing is a bit controversial and I personally steer clear from most Indie Brands myself.
