  • Wisconsin needs to win out and hope Iowa loses to Minnesota while Minnesota loses to Wisconsin, then needs Illinois to lose one of the last two
  • Minnesota needs to win out and hope Illinois and Purdue lose at least once.
  • Iowa needs to win out and hope Illinois loses at least once.
  • Purdue needs Iowa to lose at least once but controls its destiny otherwise.
  • Illinois needs to win out and hope Purdue loses at least once.

The most likely scenario at this point is Purdue being the sacrificial lamb to Harbaugh or Day winning the B1G west but Illinois and Iowa are lurking in case the train gets derailed.
