If it was two huskies, which I've had, I'd ignore it completely as they are extremely social and well adapted to living in packs and do stuff like this to mess with each other all the time. With a Rottie or Shephard I'd police their behavior a bit more as they can be much more aggressive and less tolerant of other adult dogs in their space and a real fight could break out.

You are wasting your time with huskies though. I've seen mine walk over and give the other dog their toy just so they could try to get it back from them as a game. They would regularly play this kind of block the access game with them switching roles constantly. Everything is a game to huskies, they don't take much seriously.
