I'd like to give back to the community

Hello! Congrats on your success thus far! If you are able to, I'd love your help helping me give back to the community.

I have an online drawing community, doodleordie.com. Back in the day I was focused on it full time. We started a couple months before the time of Draw Something's meteoric rise and had stary eyed dreams of doing something similar. Never came to fruition.

Among other things we really screwed up our mobile strategy. We still don't have a mobile app nor time or resources to develop one. Our site never took off exponentially, but has a small following and brought in some consistent profit. Myself and the other founders refocused on new things. We have to pay! When there were profits from Doodle or Die, we donate to CodeNow.org (teaches inner city kids how to code) and help sponsor startup weekends in rural areas.

Recently we got dropped from google's ad network, which was a fairly big chunk of our revenue. The game is now operating in the red, but I keep it going out of pocket out of love for the community members who've made it so great. I have a Facebook message from one user who was feeling suicidal but rediscovered her love for art in the game. She said in a way Doodle or Die saved her life.

Anyways, would love to know what you think I should do with this community. I don't want it to die, and would love to be able to make some money to start donating again. Presently I'm looking into interstitial video ads. Hundreds of thousands of users have created millions of doodles and descriptions. Maybe those are worth something? There are many improvements that could be made as well. Maybe there is a non profit or art school or something I can hand over the reigns to? Any ideas welcome!
