I just got a cane corso puppy and I also have an American bully puppy (before you lecture, I already know. We do lots of separate stuff and I’m home with them a lot to train and it’s going great). They are complete opposites but get along so great. It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve had them both. The American bully is super submissive and absolutely goes nuts for other dogs. The cane corso can be a little more timid and definitely doesn’t like other dogs up in his face when they meet. In fact he’s more interested in people, and doesn’t really play with the other dogs as much (except the American bully). Today for the Super Bowl I tried to introduce him to my buddies chocolate lab on leashes. He got a very light nip on the lip, everyone’s okay. I could really use some advice. Should I just keep introducing him to other dogs? Does he need more time to settle in with me? Might he just not really be that interested in socializing
