I've been struggling with this for a bit. Recently I found out my gf has been flirting with a male co-worker who she has been hiding/lying to me about. She is committed to me fully yet I still get jealous every time she tells me about a new guy friend. She's also really cute so she gets hit on constantly. I personally believe that all guys have an agenda with cute girls that they befriend. She feels guys are more innocent, but I've never had a friendship with a girl that hadn't turned into something more sexual. My gf would not be ok with me having female friends because I have been open about how I am sexually attracted to sexually attractive girls, however she has told me the guys she befriends have no intention of sex. So to sum up, I would make sure to create boundaries. Also in my experience you have to compete with her guy friends without being a dick. Which sucks. Good luck friend.
