I'm older and I can't get over my jealousy that ChatGPT wasn't available when I was a child.

I relate to this so much. I'm very good at situations that largely follow an established playbook in my head, so I do fine with customer service and formal environments as I know those patterns very well, but when a situation goes off-book—which happens a lot for me in more informal interactions—I don't know how to adjust. Often I don't notice at all while it's happening, and I'll only hear about it later when the confused or offended other party relays the story of our interaction to someone else, and that person relays it to me. I recently learned that a person in a games group I'm a part of despises me to the point of saying they'll no longer join our sessions if I'm there, and I had no idea we weren't getting along. Unfortunate, but it's also an opportunity for me to learn something new while we try to work things out, and ultimately I hope to get better at these kinds of things. Many people afford me a lot of patience and forgiveness, which I very much appreciate, but honestly I grow more from those who don't.
