I'm so tired of years of pain (vulvodynia/dermatitis?)

Something triggered this condition in me back in 2020. I don't know if it was covid, or chlorine, or what it was that triggered it but it was really painful. And all of a sudden after two years it is gone. I'm not sure what has done it because I stopped using the steroid ointments a few months back and it's still not acting up. I know that they say caffeine is bad for this condition, but in the past few months I have been drinking a few cups of matcha tea per day and it is very anti-inflammatory. So I am thinking maybe the anti-inflammatory properties in the matcha tea has helped me in some way with this condition. I also take Claritin but I just started that recently. I'm sure Claritin helps in a way too though.
